SHIPPING POLICY

Artpointpapasotiriou.gr can serve customers globally. The cost of shipping varies from city to city and from country to country, according to the product you chose to purchase. That is why we have formed a specific dispatching policy to be as fair as possible.

Orders are shipped within 3 to 10 business days (depending on product availability). If we cannot deliver your order due to force majeure (strikes, extreme weather conditions, etc.) we will contact you to inform you. Once you complete your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we received your order.

TERMS

1. Force Majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc.) we cannot deliver the products within the prescribed time, we will notify you via e-mail.

2. Artpointpapasotiriou.gr is not liable for defects or poor quality of products available to customers. If, however, a product is defective, you retain the right to return it in its original packaging within 10 days, with the possibility of replacement or refund.
